Fraud, Court, and Psych Evals

The California Coalition for Families and Children issued a statement today about psychologic evaluations. These evaluations are ever increasingly popular in custody evaluations.

If there was ever a doubt in your mind that child custody evaluations and psychological testimony re: the same was a fraud, psychologists themselves knew, yet continued to conduct them, since no later than 2005.
