A guardian ad litem is appointed by the court to "protect the best interests of the children" in court. Does this happen? An investigative reporter in one area says no.

Interesting article. This happens far too often in Berks County however no one seems to bring this to the attention of the public. Im hoping it changes and we are able to use this information to help those in similiar situations. Thank you for posting this.
