CYS and the judge were slammed in a Superior Court opinion just published today. The court found basically that the judge and the government agency, which operates on a budget of almost $50 million a year, had no legal precedent for the actions taken against a family in Berks County. The judgement of the Berks County Court, which was delivered based upon the information given from CYS, was vacated.BCCYS corruption members had long taken the position that the actions and the allegation against the Morganti family were nothing more than retaliation based upon their membership in the BCCYS corruption group and were without merit. It appears that the Superior Court also agreed with that position.
Oh NANCY(and the rest of the corrupt people in Berks County holding families hostage), this family is on a legal roll which will pave the way for other families to get justice as well. Maybe you better start doing things by the book and behaving ethically???? Just a suggestion......
