Interesting article on in Times-Tribune on government corruption with an interesting twist "corruption exists because of the corrupt".

It is interesting to note that Lackawana County has the same type of governing system as Berks County: the three commissioners. In this case, the two commissioners of the same political party were accused, found guilty and sentenced for corruption.
